Key Responsibilities: • Managing Helpdesk - Creating Users, provisioning equipment to agreed build standards, following up on issues • User hardware lifecycle management • Tracking of Assets • Efficient stock control of Assets • Effective prioritization • Managing users expectations in an efficient, knowledgeable & professional manner • Learning how systems function & the roles they perform • Providing remote & hands on support to events. What you`ll need: • At least two years` experience in a busy customer facing IT Support role. • The ability to travel overseas to set up & support events (approx. 20 trips per annum). • Proven ability to solve problems in a logical, quick & efficient manner. • Strong working experience of:- o Active Directory Management o Exchange 2010 o Windows 7/10, 2003/2008 Server o Blackberry Enterprise Server o IIS 6/7, Networking o PBX o Wi-Fi Technologies o Mesh networks (beneficial but not • A keen interest in IT, from home hobbyist to IT professional.
