We would like to invite you to be a part of the IT Technical Support Team and start your career with International Paper! You will : Participate in 3+ months long program during which you will have an opportunity to work for our IT Support Team. Provide dedicated support to the user desktop and IT infrastructure for International Paper employees located locally by receiving, tracking, prioritizing, solving and documenting IT problems. Get trained in and manage internal tools, perform software (image) installation, servers, network and phone maintenance Manage day-to-day and break/fix work desktops, servers, Blackberrys, RF devices, printers, other network attached devices and LAN for all assigned facilities. May act as the liaison into Information Technology second and third level support groups to assist in expediting the support process. May manage vendor warranty and break/fix work. May assist in the desktop/server/LAN procurement process. Maintain documentation for the office, including inventory, ticket tracking, time tracking and assigned project work You are :  Student of the final year or University graduate with above average grades  Willing to learn and develop in the IT environment  Customer focused and you present exceptional personal etiquette  Good communicator and you present listening skills  Fluent in English  Problem solver
