Job Description Project Executive Intern We are looking for a technology savvy intern to provide administrative and execution support to the project management team. The successful candidate must be familiar with Microsoft office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as using different web browsers and mobile devices. We need someone with initiative and smarts to find out how to do what you don't already know. You will be working closely with all the members of team, and be responsible for administrative support to the project management team as well as assistance in some project management activities. Duties for this role include: Administration Updating Excel lists Preparing/creating timesheets and expense claims Raising purchase orders Filing of hard and soft copy files, organization of filing system, and other administrative support tasks for the project management department Project support Creating project estimations (quotations) and purchase orders Contacting potential suppliers/vendors for quotations Researching potential vendors/partners/suppliers for certain types of work Co-ordination of web maintenance with internal departments Assistance of briefing revisions to production teams for tactical campaigns Arranging internal meetings and recording actions, including distribution and follow-up Quality checking briefs and production deliverables Other ad hoc duties as required by the project management team Job requirements: we are looking for applicants with: Mass communications background (PR, Branding, Digital, and Event Activation) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Sound judgment in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines Good time management and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time A sense of urgency, demonstrating ability to get things done Strong attention to detail/follow through A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure A self-starter who is able to work with minimum supervision but at the same time is a team player Good communications skills Technology literacy
