Job description About the Role: Atos is seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a background in Enterprise Content Management and Data Analytics. Reporting to the Head of Sales for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), this position will be primarily focussed on the identification and growth of opportunities within in the Public and Private Sectors as well as the development of the Atos brand involving full Atos competency in and across ANZ. The primary geographic focus on this role will be across New South Wales and Victoria. We are looking for a motivated individual with a vision for sales in these areas of expertise that has a passion f or building long term customer relationships, reaching targets and preferably has strong existing relationships at C level. *LI-POST Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain a credible sales pipeline and forecast for new business sales - Prospecting, uncovering and converting new business development opportunities - Establish an ongoing professional working and consultative relationship with customers and interact with customers effectively on their unique IT challenges in their industry - Significant percentage of time spent directly with customer interfaces with all levels - Provides opportunity qualification and risk assessment - Work with pursuit team in developing appropriate value proposition and winning strategy that meets the needs of the customer - Identify and develop new prospects for nominated accounts or new accounts - Take a lead role in the preparation of bids from a sales perspective - Work closely with key client contacts to understand and clarify specific requirements to develop and refine offerings - Qualify prospects and initiate bid processes. - Liaise with Third Party Suppliers, Partners and Vendors in exploration of joint opportunities. - Work within a global context, within a distributed/virtual team. - Skilfully negotiate positive outcomes for customers Additional Information: Skills & Experience: - Strong Sales orientation - Matured and experienced in building relationships with Senior Executives and high end corporate organisation - Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to manage and influence key decision makers across all levels - Must understand competition landscape and strong understanding of the customers’ industry, their business drivers and overall market situation/business trend - Ability to work autonomously and create own leads - Proven ability to grow and manage a pipeline and convert opportunities into contracts - Proven track record of consistently meeting and/or over-performing quota, as well as a proven ability to develop a new customer from scratch - Knowledge of a range of Enterprise Content Management, ERP, Big Data, BI, Analytics, or Microsoft O365 solutions - Excellent awareness of key product vendor strategies and offerings and ability to work closely with them on sales activities - Ability to think innovatively and work as part of a collaborative team
