Job description: Our client is a European originated, US listed company specialize in digital consumer products with years of innovative traditions. They have the biggest market share of their traditional products and they are proactively innovating other new products such as remote controlling digital products, music facilities, etc. They have a strongly connected global FP&A team and provides affluent business exposure to boost staffs' commercial acumen and technical growth. Responsibilities´╝Ü Closely monitor the W.O.H of T1, reconcile T1 inventory and keep stock level in healthy level. Supervise aging stock status; proactively work with Marketing Brand Manager / sales team to expedite execution. Provide relevant monthly sell-through and channel inventory reports to management team. Own sales data and system maintenance, as super user of sales reporting systems, in charge of data stream tracking. Co-work with IT to support system upgrade and enhancement if needed. Proactively prepare routine analysis to track KPIs, including revenue, quantity, ASP, ROI inventory etc. Provide constructive and strategic analysis to sales and marketing team from different aspects, by channel, by customer, by salesperson.etc. Build up business scenario analysis over key business decision, i.e. business model change, marketing program and product promotion. Coordinate with sales team and CCMs to align on DCS forecast and convert to SI forecast every cycle on the basis of understanding business strategy and product position. Forecast Vs Execution tracking. In charge of quarterly commission calculation of China business team, cooperate with Go-To-Market team to supervise sales KPIs. Responsible for Sell Through quota allocation among different channels, Sales Managers, categories and T2 customers. Keep tracking of actual progress, target achievement, YoY/ QoQ growth. Responsible of customer on-boarding process. Involve in China S&OP process and support to improve sales forecast accuracy Drive continuous improvements on planning process.
