The Panjiva platform handles millions of requests a day from users all over the world. Panjiva is looking to hire an experienced Salesforce Developer/Admin. You will be joining a growing team of talented engineers and businesspeople and will collaborate across the organization to ensure the overall Salesforce solution optimizes Panjiva’s investment in the tool. By centralizing data from a number of internal systems, you’ll empower our team to make data-driven decisions and take full advantage of the Salesforce platform. At Panjiva, you'll work on... Re-architecting our current Salesforce implementation to be best-practice oriented Designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality business solutions across our Sales Cloud, Pardot, and Desk.com platforms Planning and eventually leading the team through the transition to Salesforce Lightning Assisting with ongoing administration of our CRM Ensuring data quality through regular database de-duping and cleanup efforts Building relationships with both our business and technical teams to align efforts and encourage CRM best practices across the organization Requirements BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience Previous experience with Salesforce-enabled technologies (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) Comfort with complex, multi-tenant software solutions Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL Understanding of web services (SOAP and REST) Nice-to-Haves Salesforce certifications Experience with Ruby on Rails, Postgresql, and JavaScript Familiarity with Pardot and Desk.com Familiarity with Zuora Experience with the Salesforce Lightning ecosystem Contributions to open-source software Startup experience Perks and Benefits Competitive salary and stock options Nineteen days of Paid Time Off (PTO) and 10 paid holidays annually Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Work with a talented, focused, driven team in a growing company with opportunity for advancement and career development
